Smoke moves faster than you do.
Most people who die in building fires are killed by smoke and toxic gas, not flames. Carbon monoxide and hydrogen cyanide can disable you in minutes, and in a tower the stairwell is exactly where the smoke collects.

Not an oxygen tank
This mask is an air-filtering respirator, not an oxygen supply. Do not use in environments where oxygen levels are below 17%.
Maintain the vacuum seal
Keep the internal foil bag sealed until actual emergency use.
Keep out of reach of children
Choking and suffocation hazard. Store the case in its designated emergency location, strictly out of reach of young children. Do not allow children to handle or play with the device.
Facial hair and hair seal
Thick beards, long hair or clothing trapped inside the neck collar may break the seal and allow toxic gas to leak in. The elastic collar must make direct contact with bare skin on the neck.
Not a firefighting tool
This is a one-time self-rescue escape device only. Do not enter burning structures or attempt to fight fires while wearing this mask.

How fast will it arrive?
Tracked air delivery, typically 5–8 business days across the UAE and GCC. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse, and the carrier sends SMS or WhatsApp updates on the way.
Do I pay customs or VAT on delivery?
No. Duties and taxes are prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and there is nothing to settle with the courier.
Can I return it?
Yes. Sealed, unopened masks can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will arrange it.
Is the mask reusable?
No. It is a single-use escape device. Once the foil bag is opened, the mask is for that emergency only. Replace it afterwards.
Will it fit children?
The hood is one size with an elastic neck seal, made for adults. It is not designed for young children, and sealed cases should be kept out of their reach. For a household, order one mask per adult and keep the cases where the adults sleep.
What does “tested to EN 403:2004” mean?
EN 403 is the European standard for filtering respiratory devices with a hood for self-rescue from fire. The mask has been tested to it. It is a self-rescue escape device: not an oxygen supply, and not for fighting fires.
How long does it keep?
Three years from the date of manufacture while sealed. Both dates are printed on the case. There is nothing to charge, service or replace in that time.
Does a beard affect it?
Yes. A thick beard, long hair or clothing caught inside the neck collar can break the seal. Pull the collar down so it sits on bare skin, and tuck hair and clothing out of the way.
